摘  要:采用改性煤气化灰渣对污泥进行调理,通过测定污泥比阻(SRF)、毛细吸水时间(CST)、污泥上清液中胞外聚合物(EPS)含量、Zeta电位,同时结合污泥粒径分析,研究了不同煤气化灰渣投加量对污泥脱水性能影响。结果表明:在改性煤气化灰渣投加量为污泥干重的20%时,污泥脱水性能达到最好,SRF、CST分别为5.11×1011 m/kg、51.2 s;随投加量增加,污泥上清液中EPS含量减少,Zeta电位减小,调理后污泥粒径中d10增大,而d50、d90减小。改性煤气化灰渣调理脱水性能的机理可能是通过构建透水骨架、吸附架桥及静电中作用共同实现的。该研究可为改性煤气化灰渣的工业应用提供一定的理论依据。The effect of dosage of modified coal gasification slag(MCGS) on sludge dewatering performance wasinvestigated and some parameters were determined such as specific resistance to filtration (SRF), capillary suctiontime(CST), the concentration of extracellular polymeric substances(EPS) in the supernatant, Zeta potential and thesize of sludge in the experiment. The results showed that sludge dewatering achieved the best performance withthe ratio of MCGS to dewatered sludge of 20%. SRF and CST were 5.11 × 1011 m.kg, 51.2 s, respectively. The EPSconcentration and Zeta potential decreased with the dosage of MCGS increased. The particle size of dewateredsludge showed that d10 increased ,while d50 and d90 decreased. The mechanism of sludge dewatering conditionedby MCGS maybe based on the actions of skeleton builders, adsorption bridging and electrical neutralization. Theresults could provide theoretical instruction for the industrial application of MCGS.
