摘　　要：汽车造型设计是一项重要、复杂且繁重的工作。本文首先简要叙述了安徽江淮汽车公司自主研发的NAM(Now And Me)流程体系的基本概念和结构。接着,基于NAM流程体系的指导思想,将汽车造型设计细分为四个阶段、7个关键节点。最后,以江淮汽车为例,详细阐述了汽车造型设计完整过程中的步骤、关键节点和注意事项等。以此说明NAM流程体系是一种从概念到产品的研发流程管理技术,具有普适性和推广性,可延伸到其他行业用于指导多种工业设计过程。Design of automobile modeling is a very important, complex and heavy work. In this paper, the basicconception and framework of NAM (Now And Me) flow system, which belongs to the unique inherited enterpriseculture of Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Co., Ltd. (JAC), has been briefly described firstly. And then, Based onguidance idea of the NAM flow system, the whole process of automobile modeling design is divided into four stagesand seven key joints. Finally with an example of JAC’s car, all of the design of automobile modeling is elaborated,including the procedure, key node, announcements and so on. In summary, NAM flow system can be safe andefficient for modeling design of automobile. NAM flow system is a technique about management of research anddevelopment process from concept to product. It has the characteristic of universality and extension and can beapplied to other industrial design process.
