摘 要:本文总结了甲醇制低碳烯烃(MTO)的发展历程,根据MTO反应机理及反应特点,评述了各类MTO工业反应型式的适用性,认为流态化反应器和再生器之间的循环适合于MTO反应热效大、催化剂寿命短的特点。中国神华煤制油化工有限公司包头煤化工分公司1.80×106 t/d的MTO工业示范装置近3年的运行数据表明流化床技术非常适合于MTO反应。In the paper, the development of Methanol-to-Olefin (MTO) process is outlined. According to thereaction mechanism and reaction behaviors of MTO, the applicability of several kinds reactor used inindustrial MTO units was reviewed. It is believed that the combination of fluidized reactor and fluidizedregenerator is appropriate for the MTO process because of the strong exothermic reaction and fast catalystdeactivation. The three year operating data of Shenhua Baotou MTO commercial plant (1.80×106 t/d)indicated that turbulence fluidized bed reactor is very suitable for the MTO process.
