摘 要:为研究狭长受限空间中油气爆炸超压和火焰传播规律,搭建了狭长受限空间油气爆炸实验系统,并在狭长受限密闭管道中进行了油气爆炸实验。通过采集爆炸超压值、火焰强度值以及对燃烧产物成分进行分析,得到以下结论:距离点火端越远,最大爆炸超压值越大,但由于管壁的耗散效应以及油气体积分数的减小,导致靠近管道末端的压力有所下降;随着初始油气体积分数的增大,最大爆炸超压值和火焰传播速度先增大再减小;管道末端发生二次爆炸,在前驱冲击波过后,由于未燃气体压缩以及一次爆炸产物活性高等原因压力出现第2个峰值;在前驱冲击波的反射波以及水的不断冷凝、蒸发作用下,压力出现往复振荡现象;高油气体积分数下,燃烧反应不完全,产物更多以低碳烃类和CO为主。In order to study the rule of overpressure and flame propagation of gasoline-air mixture explosion in narrow con?fined space, narrow confined space experimental system of gasoline-air mixture explosion was set up and gasoline?air mixture explo-sion experiment in narrow confined space was proceeded. Explosion overpressure, flame strength and combustion products weregathered and analyzed. Experimental results indicated that the farther the distance was from the ignition end, the larger the maxi-mum overpressure was, but because of the dissipation of the pipeline wall and decreasing of gasoline?air mixture volume fraction,there was a drop in overpressure; with the increase of gasoline-air mixture volume fraction, maximum overpressure and flame propa-gation velocity increased and then decreased; secondary explosion occurred at the end of the pipeline, because after precursor shockwave, the unburned gas was compressed and the activity of explosive products was high; the oscillating of pressure could be attribut-ed to reflected wave of the precursor shock wave and the occurrence of cycles of condensation and vaporization of the water pro-duced during combustion; at high gasoline-air mixture volume fraction, combustion reaction was not complete and products weremainly low carbon HC and CO.
