摘 要:本文利用河南科技统计年鉴2012、2013年的数据,分析了河南省装备制造业的R&D投入与产出现状,并运用DEA方法对装备制造业的R&D投入产出绩效进行研究。结果表明:河南省装备制造业的R&D投入和产出在整个制造业中占有相当重要的比重,装备制造业已经成为河南经济增长的第一支柱产业。装备制造业内部R&D人员与经费投入在各个行业之间差别大。相对于整个制造业而言,装备制造业综合技术效率偏低,而纯技术则相对有效,主要表现为各行业规模效率极低。In this paper, we analysed the R&D Input and output status quo of the equipment manufactur?ing industry in Henan Province based on the data of statistical yearbook of Henan Science and Technology. Andthe DEA method was used to study the performance of R&D input and output of the equipment manufacturing in?dustry in Henan Province. The results showed that: the R&D input and output of the equipment manufacturingindustry play important parts in the whole manufacturing industry in Henan Province, and manufacturing indus?try has become the first pillar industry of economic growth in Henan. There is a large difference in R&D person?nel and funding input between various sectors of the equipment manufacturing industry. Relative to the entiremanufacturing industry, the equipment manufacturing has a low comprehensive technical efficiency, and thepure technology is relatively effective, which is mainly shown at the extremely low scale efficiency of various in?dustries.
