摘　　要：作为高校大学生社团,主要是由一些兴趣爱好相同、志同道合的学生自愿组成并依据一定的章程而自主展开的学生组织活动。对于图书馆要想发挥自身优势,引入大学生社团参与图书馆的管理与服务创新工作,不仅能够弥补图书馆工作人员不足,还能积极促进与读者之间的交流,在某种程度上也能锻炼提升大学生的能力。本文在论述大学生社团参与图书馆服务创新工作的基础上,对于大学生社团如何参与图书馆的文化与服务建设提出了宝贵的意见。as college student associations, mainly by some interested in the same, like-minded students vol?untarily formed and according to a certain constitution and the students organized activities. For the library,which wants to give full play to its advantages, the introduction of community college students participating in li?brary management and service innovation, not only can make up for the lack of library staff, but also actively pro?mote the communication between readers and in some extent can also exercise to enhance students' ability. Inthis paper, the author discusses the college students' associations to participate in the work of library service in?novation, and puts forward some valuable suggestions on how to participate in the construction of the library'sculture and service.
