摘　　要：该文运用文献资料法、录像观察法、数理统计法,对2015—2016赛季WCBA总决赛两支球队4场比赛的攻守技术进行统计分析,并计算出两队各位置球员效率值,结果得出:(1)丰富的大赛经验,稳定的竞技状态,积极的拼抢意识是冠军球队后卫队员应具备的能力。(2)能攻善守,助攻抢断,较高的效率值是WCBA优秀前锋必备的能力。(3)WCBA得中锋者称霸、掌控比赛,外援中锋极高的效率值成为球队的核心。总决赛双方各位置优秀内外球员的完美表现,为我国从事职业联赛的女篮运动员树立了榜样。In this paper,we can get the efficiency value of both team players in different positions in the 4 final games by usingliterature,videos and dates during the past 2015 to 2016 season.The results are as follows:(1)Rich experience,stable conditionand active attitude are basic abilities for the defender payers in the champion team.(2) Be good at both attack and defend,helpingteammates to get a point and a higher value are very important for the forward players.(3)The core position in the WCBA iscenter players who can control the whole contest,especially the efficiency value of the foreign players.The players of both teamin the final really played well and have set a good example for the women payers working for inland clubs.
