摘  要:冷水机组安装变频器后可以大大提高机组部分负荷性能,使机组始终处于节能高效的运行状态,可以降低机组启动电流,避免机组频繁启停。但也会带来新的问题,如压缩机的可靠性,机组的性能预测、加卸载逻辑、可靠性,变频器的性能及可靠性等。本文通过对供应商提供的变频器进行测试评估,给出变频技术应用在水冷螺杆式冷水机组中需要考核的一些问题以及解决方案。Application of frequency conversion technology can significantly increase thechiller’s part load efficiency and always keep the chiller in the energy-saving and efficientoperation, which can decrease star--up inrush current for the chiller and avoid frequentlystart-up and shut-down. But after installing frequency converter, the chiller will meetsome other problems like the reliability of com pressor,chiller( performance prediction,chiller( loading/unloading logic, the reliability of chiller, the performance and of the frequency converter, etc. The items needed to be validated and solutions when frequencyconversion technology are applied to the water-cooled screw chiller system are by assessing and testing frequency converter provided by vendor.
