摘　　要：当前国际油气行业新动向是油价低位震荡,市场供大于求,主要产油国依然保持产量不减;美国解禁油气出口并放宽在敏感地区勘探的限制;全球继续加大对新能源产业的支持力度。究其原因,有产油国抢占市场份额的考虑,对油气资产利用最大化的战术布局,也有推进新能源产业发展的战略部署。面对目前油气业务发展困境与未来新能源产业加快发展的预期,我国油气企业应及时把握国际能源领域新动向,既立足当前又谋划长远,在努力保持主业稳定发展的同时,积极关注并适时进入新能源相关产业,加快向综合性能源公司的转型发展,以确保企业长期可持续发展。The new trend for international oil and gas industry at the present time is fluctuation of oil price at a low level,with the market supply outpacing the demand, while the main oil producing nations refused to reduce their production. TheUnited States lifted the ban on oil and gas export and deregulated exploration of the sensitive areas. Greater efforts are madeworldwide in support of the new energy industry. This situation is based on a series of reasons. The oil-producing countriesmaximized their tactic distribution of oil and gas assets for the purpose of occupying the market share, while pushing aheadwith the strategic deployment of new energy industrial development. In response to the current difficulties in oil and gasindustrial development and expectations of the accelerated new energy industrial development in the future, the Chineseenterprises should understand the new trend of international energy industry in time and focus themselves on the current andlong-term business development. While striving to keep development of their main businesses stable, the enterprises shouldtake an active part in the industries related to new energy and accelerate transformation and development into integratedenergy companies to ensure their long-term and sustainable business development.
