摘　　要：对11辊棒材矫直机进行搬迁改造,重新设计工艺平面,改造原传动联轴器、新增部分上料装置,重新设计电气控制;通过计算、校验原设计中的参数,使改进后的联轴器使用寿命提高为原来的3～5倍,成本降低20%～30%;电控系统进行升级换代,采用LOGO取代原继电器控制,使其运行稳定、可靠;改进了原设备存在的故障频繁、操作观察不便等缺陷,提高设备效率;对该设备进行全面的技术更新和升级,提高了设备的整体性能,使用效果良好,技术性能稳定、可靠。The bar straightener with 11-roller is removed and reformed to raise efficiency and performance figure.The technological layout is rearranged and old shaft coupling is reformed, some loading devices are added and electric control system is redesigned. By calculating and verifying the original design parameters, the life of coupling after improvement is 3-5 times than that of original coupling before improvement , the cost of spare parts is reduced by 20-30%. Controlling by using LOGO to replace the original relay, the electronic control system is upgraded so that the operation is stable and reliable. The defects of the original equipment, such as frequent failures, inconvenient operation and so on, have been improved, so the efficiency of the equipment is increased. The comprehensive technical renewal and update carried on the equipment has improved the equipment overall performance, so the equipment has good use effect and stable, reliable technical performance.
