摘 要:基于三通管分流分相原理,设计出了一种AICD控水装置——相控阀。根据不同粘度的油和水在通过相控阀时,产生附加压力降的差异,结合QHD32-6油田实际地层原油粘度范围,通过模拟实验得出粘度越高流过相控阀的压降越小,流量越大流过相控阀的压降越大。水流过相控阀的压降大于油流过相控阀的压降,相控阀限制了水的产出。结果表明,AICD完井控水技术具有显著的降水增油效果,大大提高了油井的采收率。The three phase shunt pipe based on the principle of designing a AICD water control device,control valve. According to the different viscosity of oil and water in by phase control valve,resulting in additional pressure drop difference,QHD32-6 oilfield actual formation oil viscosity range of binding,through simulation experiments that the higher viscosity through phased valve pressure drop is small,the greater the flow through the phased valve pressure drop is bigger and bigger. Flow control valve pressure drop off phase is greater than the oil through the phase control valve,phase control valve limits the water output. The results show that the AICD completion technique of water control has significant precipitation effect of oil,greatly improve the recovery efficiency.
