摘　　要：针对板翅式换热器存在的气液两相流换热问题,利用工艺模拟软件ASPEN PLUS,建立了5种不同冷流组分的板翅式换热器模型,通过比较分析得出了不同冷流组分气液混合性能对板翅式换热器的换热面积、对数温差和最小温差的影响,并为板翅式换热器优化设计提供了新的依据。It is having some problems of gas-liquid two phase in plate-fin heat exchanger.Five models of distinctive cold flowin plate-fin heat exchanger have been built by using process simulation software ASPEN PLUS.The different impacts of the factorUA,LMTD and min-△T,which comes from the analysis of process simulation results in gas-liquid two phase different mixingperformance,have been showed in this article.And it will be the new reference of design of aluminum plate-fin heat exchanger.
