摘  要:在油井结蜡机理、清防蜡实验研究和计算机仿真模拟的基础上,研究了一种新型的清防蜡设备,该设备具有超声波和电磁两套防蜡系统。在磁场中通过后,原油中能结蜡的石蜡分子团,被处理成独立的极性石蜡分子,并重新排列形成分子链。同时复合超声波的传输特性、震动作用、空化作用、热作用和解聚作用阻止了石蜡分子结晶,达到了清防蜡的作用,经过现场试验应用,清防蜡效果十分显著。On the basis of the mechanism of oil well paraffin wax,paraffin wax experiment and computer simulation,a newtype of paraffin control system is studied. The equipment is equipped with two sets of ultrasonic and electromagnetic control system.After the magnetic field is passed,the paraffin wax molecules in the crude oil can be processed into separate polar paraffin molecules,and the molecular chain is rearranged to form a molecular chain. Also transmission characteristics of ultrasonic composite,vibrationrole,cavitation,thermal effect and depolymerization prevents the paraffin molecules of crystallization,reaching the effect of waxremoval,after the site test and application,cleaning and preventing wax effect is very significant.
