摘 要:针对陇东超前注水区块一系列的技术难题,研究了一种高效防塌封堵钻井液体系。实验结果表明,该钻井液体系防塌抑制性强,钻屑一次回收率达到了96.3%,二次回收率达88.7%;同时该体系具有良好的润滑性,滑块摩阻系数控制在0.0524以内,有效降低摩阻、扭矩;室内对储层的岩心伤害率低于12.73%,利于储层保护。该钻井液技术已经现场试验应用了2口井,相比非试验井,井下安全井壁稳定,无缩径无掉块,起下钻畅通,井眼始终处于良好净化状态,平均机械钻速提高了25%,钻井周期平均缩短了6.79天,钻井综合成本降低。Abtract:To solve a series of technical problems in advanced injection block of horizontal well in Longdong oilfield,a new kind of drilling fluid was developed to overcome the problems mentioned above.It was shown that the first recovery rate of shale cuttings for the fluid is 96.3% and the second recovery rate is 89.7% which indicated that the fluid had strong inhibitive ability.The friction coefficient of mud cake was less than 0.0524 which can reduce the high torque and drag.The damage ratio of core was below 12.73% which is good for formation protection.The drilling fluid had been applied in 2 horizontal wells.It is shown that borehole is safe,stable and smooth while drilling and tripping.Compared with horizontal wells where the drilling fluid was not applied,average ROP was improved by more than 25%,and the drilling time was reduced by 6.79d.Then the compositive drilling cost is reduced.
