摘 要:渤海油区稠油资源丰富,已动用的稠油油藏以常规注水开发为主,采收率偏低,如何经济有效地开采这些稠油资源对渤海油区持续稳产具有重要意义。以渤海油区典型稠油油藏类型为研究对象,通过油藏数值模拟手段,优化不同地层原油粘度、油藏厚度、渗透率以及不同水体倍数的稠油油藏蒸汽吞吐的最优产液速度、焖井时间及注汽强度等关键注采参数。结果表明,对于不同地层原油粘度的稠油油藏,最优产液速度和注汽强度随地层原油粘度的增大而逐渐减小,最优焖井时间随地层原油粘度的增大逐渐增加;对于不同厚度的稠油油藏,最优产液速度、焖井时间和注汽强度均随油藏厚度的增大而增大;对于不同渗透率的稠油油藏,最优产液速度随渗透率的增大逐渐增大,最优焖井时间和注汽强度随渗透率的增大逐渐减小;对于不同水体倍数稠油油藏,最优产液速度和焖井时间随水体倍数的增大逐渐增大,最优注汽强度随水体倍数的增加先增大后减小。应用多元回归数学方法,得到蒸汽吞吐注采参数优化模型,并与数值模拟计算结果进行对比,误差在10%以内。The resource of heavy oil in Bohai petroliferous area is rich. The produced heavy oil reservoirs are mainly devel?oped by conventional water flooding with relatively low recovery efficiency. Economic and effective development of these re?sources has significant meaning on keeping the production of Bohai petroliferous area stable continuously. Taking typicalheavy oil reservoirs in Bohai as research object,key injection-production parameters of steam stimulation including opti?mized fluid production rate,soak time and steam injection strength were optimized at various oil viscosities,reservoir thick?nesses,permeabilities and water volume ratios through numerical simulation. Research results show that along with the in?crease of formation oil viscosity,the optimal fluid production rate and steam injection strength decrease gradually and theoptimal soak time increases gradually. The optimal fluid production rate,soak time and steam injection strength increaseswith the increase of reservoir thickness. Along with the increase of permeability,the optimal fluid production rate increases,and the optimal soak time and steam injection strength decrease. Along with the increase of water volume ratio,the optimalfluid production rate and soak time increase,and the optimal steam injection strength increases first and then decreases. Us?ing multiple regression mathematical method,the optimization model of injection-production parameters of steam stimula?tion was established. The calculated results of the optimization model is in consistent with that of reservoir numerical simu?lation with an error lower than 10%.
