摘 要:本文研究了碱熔与酸溶对比的方法溶解样品,再用氢化物原子荧光光度法测定土壤样品中锡的含量,经验证酸溶不稳定,测定结果偏低,碱熔的方法稳定性好。且对碱熔的方法在酸度,灯电流,硼氢化钾浓度,还原剂,共存离子的干扰等众多因素进行了条件试验,经国家一级标准样品的验证,此种方法准确度满足误差要求,简便,可靠,并具有较高的灵敏度和较低的检出限,检出限达到了0.05×10-6,其测定结果在允许范围内。Amethod of determination of Sn by AFS in geological samples was discussed. This method use Na2O2 melted sample incorundum crucibles with muffleroaster,drew with hot water,reduced with HCl,thiourea- ascorbic acid as masking agent to removeinterference of transition metals such as Fe and Ni. The operating parameters were optimized by dicussing the acid,current,contents ofKBH4,reducing agent,disturbtion of coexisted ions and method of melting. The result indicated that a stable and reliable result can beconcluded with simple and convenient ways by applied to the national standard reference materials. It was also found that the low detectionrange and high sensitivity can be reached. The results are in agreement with certified values.
