摘 要:己二酸二乙酯是一种重要的绿色增塑剂,具有广泛的用途。高效催化剂的选择是以己二酸与乙醇为原料合成己二酸二乙酯的关键环节。参考了近几年有关己二酸二乙酯合成的文献,介绍了无机盐、固体超强酸、杂多酸、分子筛、树脂等催化剂催化合成己二酸二乙酯的工艺条件,分析了各种催化剂的优缺点,并指出了催化剂的研究发展方向。Diethyl adipate is a kind of important green plasticizer, has a wide range of uses. Choosing a kind of high efficient catalyst forsynthesis of diethyl adipate with adipic acid and n-butyl alcohol as raw materials is an important step.The literature on the synthesis ofdiethyl adipate in recent years was referenced, the technology condition about the synthesis of diethyl adipate using the catalysts,such asinorganic salt, solid super acid, heteropoly acid, molecular sieve, resin were introduced,the advantages and disadvantages of these catalystswere analyzed, and the direction of research and development of catalysts were pointed out.
