区域协同网络救治STEMI流程再造对患者满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(ST-segmentel evationmyocardial infarction,STEMI)救治流程再造在区域协同网络救治(胸痛中心)建成后对STEMI治疗效果的影响。方法对胸痛中心成立前后(2013年1月到2015年9月)200例STEMI病人进行对照研究分析,以救治流程再造为分界点,将改造前为对照组,改造后为实验组。对照组采取常规救治流程救治,实验组采用流程再造模式救治。结果改进后,患者首次医疗接触到球囊(FMC-TO-B)、首次医疗接触到导管室时间以及门到球囊(D-TO-B)时间明显缩短,患者住院时间缩短,住院费用明显下降,患者满意度明显提高,预后良好,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在胸痛中心建成后,STEMI救治流程再造明显缩短FMC-TO-B时间、首次医疗接触到导管室时间、D-TO-B时间,住院时间缩短,住院费用明显下降,改善预后,病人满意度提高,值得推广。Objective To explore STEMI treatment effect and patients’satisfaction in the reengineering of the regional collaborative network treatment with myocardial infarction(the center of the chest pain). Methods Chest pain center was set up before and after the 100 patients with STEMI were analyzed, with the nursing process reengineering as the cut-off point, before will transform as the control group, after renovation to improve group.The control group treated with STEMI green channel treatment process, the improvement group adopts the model of nursing process reengineering. Results Patients’first medical access TO the balloon, FMC (FMC -TO - B) TO international time and door TO balloon time, hospital stay was significantly shortened (D - TO -B)in improvement group. Hospital cost was also significantly decreased. Conclusion STEMI nursing process reengineering of the center of the chest pain could shorten in the FMC - TO - time, FMC TO international time B and D - TO - B time. And it improves the prognosis, advances hospitalized patient satisfaction, worth promoting.
