摘 要:目的设计用于镜下腰椎间融合手术的组合式椎间融合器。方法在Solidworks软件平台上进行实体和参数化建模,设计1套用于椎间盘镜下或椎间孔镜下腰椎间融合的组合式椎间融合器及其配套器械,并进行虚拟装配,观察组合安装情况。结果成功设计组合式腰椎间融合器及其配套器械,包括融合器组件A、B及其握持手柄。融合器组件A、B宽度均为7 mm,长度有22、24、26 mm 3种规格,高度有4、6 mm 2种规格,组合后高度有8、10、12 mm 3种规格。虚拟装配融合器匹配良好,工作通道内径需9 mm。结论该组合式腰椎间融合器设计合理、组装方便、匹配良好,能通过内窥镜扩大工作通道植入椎间隙,可用于镜下腰椎间融合术。Objectives To design a combined lumbar interbody fusion device for endoscopic procedure.Methods Based on the platform of Solidworks software, the entity and parameterized modeling techniques wereapplied to design a set of combined lumbar interbody fusion cage and its relative matching device, which wasused for endoscopic or transforaminal endoscopic lumbar interbody fusion; Subsequently, the combination andinstallation of the device was observed by virtual assembly. Results The combined lumbar interbody fusion cageand its affiliated equipment were successfully designed, including component A, component B and the holdinghandles. The width of component A, B was 7 mm, with 3 different lengths (22, 24, 26 mm) and 2 differentheights (4, 6 mm), so that the height of each cage after installation could reach to 8, 10 and 12 mm. Virtualassembly result displayed that component A and B were well matched via a 9 mm-diameter working channel.Conclusion The combined lumbar interbody fusion cage was reasonably designed, convenient installed and wellmatched, which could be implanted into intervertebral space through endoscopic expanding working channels, so as to be applied for endoscopic or transforaminal endoscopic lumbar interbody fusion.
