摘　　要：目的探讨心理干预对维持性血液透析(maintenance hemodialysis,MHD)患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响。方法对我院80例MHD患者随机分为干预组和对照组各40例,2组患者的常规护理相同,干预组进行16周的心理干预。检测干预前和干预结束后患者的肾功能及治疗依从性相关指标,使用健康状况问卷量表(SF-36)评估生活质量,比较干预前、后患者对治疗依从性及生活质量的差异。结果经过心理干预的患者SF-36评分以及透析前血钙水平显著高于对照组;透析前血磷、钾、尿素氮水平以及透析间期体重增加量与干体重比值显著低于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);透析前血肌酐2组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论心理干预能提高MHD患者的治疗依从性和生活质量。Objective To explore the influence of psychological intervention on compliance and quality of life in maintenance hemodialysis( MHD) patients. Methods A total of 80 routine MHD patients were randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group,40 cases in each group. The intervention group received the same routine nursing as the control group. In addition,the intervention group was treated with psychotherapy for 16 weeks. The parameters on renal and compliance to treatment were assessed in both groups before and after the intervention. A Short Form 36 Health Survey( SF-36) was used to assess their quality of life. The two groups were compared in terms of the medical compliance and quality of life before and after psychological intervention. Results The score on quality of life in the intervention group was significantly higher,the level of serum calcium significantly higher,and the levels of serum phosphor,kalium,BUN and IWGR% were significantly lower than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). There is no significant difference( P > 0. 05) in serum Scr between the groups. Conclusion Psychological intervention can improve the MHD patients' compliance with treatment,and improve their quality of life.
