摘  要:目的应用人事考核测评数据分析系统,将人事考核群众测评的定性资料转化为定量数据后,实现人事考核测评数据的科学分析与标准化。方法通过考核评价指标体系的建立以及数据分析系统的分析与处理,系统即可自动形成含有测评数据以及测评结论的群众测评信息反馈表。结果在15人参加的测评数据中,经过极端值的甄别与处置,共有三组6个数据被剔除,有效确保了测评数据的真实性和客观性。测评结果平均分为79.96,其中90分以上1人,70分以下2人。利用测评数据离散度分析与偏离度的监控,不仅可以了解测评对象相互间的和谐度以及在团队中的认同性;还可进一步了解测评者的心理素质以及自我评价的客观性,极大地丰富了群众测评工作的内涵以及测评数据的信息含量。结论人事考核测评数据科学分析与标准化的实施与应用,为人事考核测评数据的科学利用提供了高效、便捷的操作平台和标准借鉴。Objective The data analysis system of personnel performance assessment was used to convert the qualitative information into quantitative data to realize the scientific analysis and standardization. Methods Through the establishment of evaluation index system and the analysis of data system,the information feedback table containing the evaluation data and results was generated automatically. Results 6 extreme values in 3 groups of data were excluded from the evaluation data of 15 people for the sake of the authenticity and objectivity. The average score was 79. 96. One attendant was scored more than 70 points and another two were lower. The dispersion analysis and deviation monitoring showed not only the harmony among evaluated objects and team agreement,but their psychological quality and the objectivity of self- evaluation,which greatly enriched the mass evaluation and improved the authenticity of evaluation data. Conclusion The implementation and application of the scientific analysis and normalization provide effective and convenient operative platform and standard reference for personnel assessment data.
