京津冀协同发展下河北高校管理学院竞争分析

摘　　要：随着京津冀协同发展众多政策意见的出台和落实,河北省迎来了前所未有的发展机遇,也对河北省地方高校管理学院(系)带来了竞争战略环境的重大转变.目前,河北省地方高校管理学院面临竞争者地域分布不均、竞争同质化、需求方人才缺口巨大、供给方生源减少等竞争现状,而京津冀协同发展战略又给当前竞争现状带来了变数,新的校企合作、校校合作机会,以及竞争格局被打乱的威胁并存,河北省地方高校管理学院应把握机会,制定符合当地区域发展定位的特色发展战略.With the introduction and implementation of many policies about the integration of Beijing Tianjin Hebeicollaborative development, Hebei province meets an unprecedented development opportunity. At the same time, it hasbrought a major change in the strategic environment of competition in the local university management colleges(departments) in Hebei province. At present, uneven regional distribution, competition homogeneity, huge talent gap,and source reduction lie ahead, while the strategy introduces new variables to the current competitive situation. Itintroduces a new cooperation opportunity between school and enterprise, as well as a new threat due to the disruption ofthe competitive landscape. The local university management colleges (departments) in Hebei province should grasp thisopportunity, develop a characteristic strategy in line with the local regional development orientation.
