摘　　要：修辞作为加强语言或文句效果的艺术手法,常常被政治家们所使用。政治家们通过各种修辞手法使自己的演讲或发言更具感染力,从而达到交际意图。本文从修辞学角度,对俄罗斯总统弗拉基米尔·普京在不同公开场合的发言、演讲词中所运用的语义修辞格、句法修辞格和篇章修辞格等辞格特点进行列举与分析,揭示政治领袖语言的特点与魅力。In order to strengthen the effect of words or sentences, rhetoric is often used by politicians. By using accurate metaphor, parallelism, references and other rhetorical devices, politicians can make their speeches forceful and lyrical to achieve their communicative intentions. By analyzing the figure of speech used in President Vladimir Putin’s speaking at various public occasions, this paper illustrates the language charm of Putin.
