步进电机在石油管件喷漆设备中应用

摘　　要：在原石油管件喷漆设备中,对管件进行喷漆前要根据管件的不同规格需人工调整喷漆枪上限位检测位置,才能完成喷漆工艺,该设备存在着自动化程度不高等技术问题。阐述了利用步进电机和S7-200PLC对原设备电气控制部分进行改造的设计方案、工艺过程等,改造后喷漆设备不仅能够自动识别管件的不同规格、自动调整喷漆枪升降位移和速度,而且具有安装调试简单、布线少、易于维修等特点。In the application of paint spraying equipment for crude oil pipe,the adjustment of the printing spraygun cap detection position for the pipe should be taken according to the different specifications artificially. Only if theadjustment has be taken,can the painting technology be finished. It has the problem that there is no higherautomation technology procedure. Expounded the use of stepper motor and S7-200 PLC to improve the electricalcontrol part of the primary design scheme,technological process. After the adjustment of paint spraying equipment,it not only can automatically identify pipe fittings of different specifications,automatically adjust the spray gun liftdisplacement and speed,but also has the advantages of simple installation,low wiring,easy maintenance,etc.
