摘　　要：从新生心理状态分析入手,以"宣传—报名及初选—综合测试—心理、职业测评—公示"为主线的选拔模式,确保有能力、有兴趣的学生进入"卓越班"。This paper obtains from the freshman mental state analysis,in order to propaganda-registration and primary-comprehensivetest-psychological, occupational assessment-publicity as the mainline, to ensure that the students have the ability and interest to enterthe Excellent Class.
