摘　　要：当前国际上有关应急追随者的研究刚刚起步,设计出能够描述我国应急追随者特质的量表,可作为学者开展应急追随行为、应急团队能力等方面研究的基础,并在实践中指导应急追随者的选拔、培训与考核工作。研究者按照量表开发的标准步骤,开发了应急追随者特质量表,该量表共21题,4个维度,分别为支持领导、积极主动、爱岗敬业、执行能力4个维度。量表的信度和效度良好,能够作为后续相关研究的基础,并为追随者的自我提高和相关部门的人员测评提供借鉴。Developing emergency follower characteristics scale can make a comprehensive evaluation onfollowers, and it plays an important role on the quality of emergency teams. Based on the standard procedure, thescale of follower characteristics is developed, which contains 21 items, with four dimensions, namely supportingleader, initiative, dedication, and professional ability. With a good level of reliability and validity, the scale can beused as the basis for the future research, and it provides a reference for followers’ self-improvement, as well aspersonnel evaluation of related departments.
