摘　　要：目的 系统评价ADD1基因Gly460Trp多态性与原发性高血压发病风险的相关性。方法 查计算机检索PubMed、Embase、CBM、VIP、Wanfang Data和CNKI，查找关于ADD1基因Gly460Trp多态性与原发性高血压发病相关性的病例对照研究，检索时限均为各数据库建库至2015年8月。由两名评价员同时进行文献筛选及资料提取，采用Stata 12.0软件进行Meta分析。结果 共纳入文献43篇，包括12 309例原发性高血压患者，13 833例对照。Meta分析结果显示，ADD1基因Gly460Trp多态性与原发性高血压之间的相关性在等位基因模型（T vs. G：OR=1.10，95%CI：1.03～1.17）、显性基因模型（TT+GT vs. GG：OR=1.10，95%CI：1.00～1.20)、隐性基因模型（TT vs. GG+GT：OR=1.17，95%CI：1.07～1.29）和纯合子模型（TT vs. GG：OR=1.20，95%CI：1.06～1.35）中有统计学意义，尤其是在亚洲人群中。结论 本Meta分析表明，ADD1基因Gly460Trp位点多态性与原发性高血压发病风险有相关性，尤其是亚洲人群。Objective To investigate the relationship between polymorphism of Gly460Trp of ADD1 andessential hypertension. Methods Case-control studies focused on relationship of between polymorphism ofGly460Trp of ADD1 and essential hypertension were searched in databases including PubMed, Embase, CBM, VIP,Wanfang Data and CNKI from the time of databases’ establishing to August, 2015. Two reviewers independentlyscreened the title, abstract and keywords of each article retrieved. Stata 12.0 software was used to process the metaanalysis.Results 43 case-control studies with 12 309 patients of essential hypertension and 13 833 controls.Polymorphism of Gly460Trp is significantly associated with essential hypertension in allele model (T vs. G:OR=1.10, 95%CI: 1.03～1.17), dominant genetic model (TT+GT vs. GG: OR=1.10, 95%CI: 1.00～1.20), recessivegene model (TT vs. GG+GT: OR=1.17, 95%CI: 1.07～1.29), and homozygote model (TT vs. GG: OR=1.20, 95%CI:1.06～1.35), especially in Asians. Conclusion Our meta-analysis showed that polymorphism of Gly460Trp ofADD1 was correlated with essential hypertension, especially in Asians.
