带蒂旋转皮瓣在修复头皮恶性肿瘤切除后创面中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨带蒂旋转皮瓣在头皮恶性肿瘤切除后创面的应用及临床疗效。方法：对50例确诊头皮恶性肿瘤的患者行肿瘤扩大切除术，应用带蒂旋转皮瓣修复肿瘤切除后创面，供瓣区直接拉拢缝合或游离中厚皮片植皮修复。结果：50例患者皮瓣全部存活，供瓣区愈合良好或植皮全部存活，术后随访6个月～6年，1例肿瘤复发，余未见肿瘤复发，效果满意。结论：头皮恶性肿瘤应早期诊断、及时治疗，带蒂旋转皮瓣修复切除后创面疗效满意。Objective To investigate the application and the efficacy of the pedicled rotation flap in treatment of woundsecondary to excision of malignant scalp tumors. Methods 50 patients with malignant scalp tumors were admitted and thetumors were resected thoroughly,the defect of scalp in all patients was repaired by pedicled rotation flap,the donor sites of flapswere sutured directly or repaired by skin graft. Results The flaps in 50 patients recovered completely.The donor sites of flapsin all patients healed completely by suturation or skin graft.Except for only one patient recurrent,no recurrence of tumors wasobserved in other patients after the post-operation follow-up visit,which lasted for 6 months to 6 years.All patients were satisfiedwith the therapeutic effect. Conclusions Malignant scalp tumors should be early diagnosised and timely treated.Pedicledrotation flap is a preferable choice for reconstructing the defect of scalp secondary to the excision of malignant scalp tumors.
