摘  要:准确界定医院市场是分析如何有效配置医疗资源的重要研究基础之一。国外学者对医院市场的界定展开了丰富研究,而国内缺乏相关研究。本文从理论层面对国外有关医院市场界定的2种主要方法进行介绍和评述,指出需求交叉弹性法和Elzinga-Hogarty法有坚实的理论基础,但较难实践,建议从理论与经验相结合的角度探索医院市场的界定。Appropriately defining hospital market is a prerequisite for effectively allocating healthcare resources. A growing number of scholars from abroad have studied how to define hospital market. However, rare study has been found in China. This paper surveys the two major methods from theoretical aspects. Both cross - elasticity of demand and Elzinga - Hogarty approach were more difficult to practice although has solid theoretical foundation. Our results suggest it should be better to explore the definition of the hospital market from a combination of theoretical and empirical point of view.
