广州市社区居民健康体检知信行现状及影响因素

摘　　要：目的:了解广州市社区居民健康体检知识、态度及行为现状,探讨其影响因素,提出相应干预措施,提高社区居民健康体检知信行水平。方法:对广州市6个社区的居民开展随机抽样问卷调查,获得有效问卷320份,采用描述性分析方法、方差分析方法进行数据分析。结果:广州市社区居民健康体检知识得分(5.72±2.70);健康体检态度女性得分(4.09±1.36),男性得分(3.88±1.64);健康体检行为女性得分(4.56±1.57),男性得分(4.53±1.16)。性别仅为健康行为影响因素,年龄、职业、文化程度、家庭月均收入均为健康体检知信行影响因素。结论:广州市居民健康体检知识正确认知率和健康体检态度得分较低,健康体检行为得分尚可,但仍有待改善。建议结合不同人群特征,采取多元途径开展健康体检知识教育,同时提高健康体检服务水平。Objective : To understand the know ledge, attitude and behavior status of physical examination of community residents in Guangzhou,discuss the influencing factors, put forward corresponding intervention m easures, and improve the level of physical examination knowledge,attitude and practice of residents. Methods : Carried out sampling questionnaire survey in six communities in Guangzhou, got 320 valid questionnaires back. Descriptive analysis and variance analysis were used for statistical analysis of data. Results: The score of physical examination knowledge was (5. 72 ± 2. 70 ) ; the score of physical examination attitude was (4. 09 ± 1 .3 6 ) for female and (3. 88 ± 1 .6 4 ) for m ale; the score of physical examination practices was (4 . 56 ± 1. 57 ) for female an d (4 . 53 ± 1. 1 6 ). Gender was an influencing factor of practice on physical examination. Age, profession, income were influencing factors of knowledge, attitude and practice. Conclusion: The knowledge level on physical examination of Guangzhou community residents and the attitude level were not high, and the practice level needed to be improved. It was suggested that the physical examination knowledge education should be hold through multiple paths and physical examination experience should be improved according to influencing factors and characteristics of different groups of people.
