摘 要:在钻机压力的作用下,钻杆的任意位置都有发生单向振动的可能,加上孔壁的约束,导致钻杆在发生单向振动的同时,还可能发生钻杆与孔壁的接触碰撞。通过分析钻杆轴向振动和扭转振动,揭示钻进深度等因素的变化对钻杆扭转振动和轴向振动固有频率的影响规律,获知钻杆的单向振动是造成钻杆疲劳断裂的根本原因,从而对今后实际的井下安全作业提供很好的指导意义。In under the action of the drill pressure and anyposition of the drill pipe is the one-way vibration may occur, andconstraints the hole wall, resulting in the drill pipe in the eventof a single vibration at the same time, may also contact impact ofdrill pipe and the wall of the hole.
