锁定钢板结合MIPO技术治疗老年骨质疏松性肱骨近端骨折的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的 观察锁定钢板结合MIPO技术治疗老年骨质疏松性肱骨近端骨折的临床效果。方法 选取2013年12月～2015年6月收治的骨质疏松性肱骨近端骨折老年患者120例，年龄62～79岁，平均（69.8±5.1）岁，按Neer分型，Ⅲ型49例，Ⅳ型29例，其中Ⅲ型有26例合并肩关节脱位，Ⅳ型有16例合并肩关节脱位。采用锁定钢板结合MIPO技术对患者进行治疗，术后进行11～ 25个月的回访。结果 患者的平均愈合时间（17.8±3.2）周，并发症发生率为2.5%，关节功能评价中得分为优86例，良23例，中11例，差0 例，优良率为90.83%。结论 锁定钢板结合MIPO技术治疗老年骨质疏松性肱骨近端骨折，愈合时间短，并发症低，优良率高，值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of locking plate fixation combined with MIPO technique in the treatment of osteoporotic proximal humeral fractures in elderly patients.Methods 120 cases of osteoporotic proximal humeral fractures in elderly patients from December 2013 to June 2015 were selected,aged 62 to 79 years old, average( 69.8 ±5.1) years old, type III 49 cases, type IV 29 cases according to Neer typing.There were 26 cases of joint dislocation,16 cases of type IV, and joint dislocation among them. The use of locking plate combined with MIPO technology for the treatment of patients, after 11 to 25 months of follow-up..Results The average healing time of the patients was( 17.8±3.2) weeks, and the complication rate was 2.5%.The scores were excellent in 86 cases, good in 23 cases, middle in 11 cases, and poor in 0 cases in the evaluation of joint function.The excellent and good rate was 90.83%. Conclusion The fracture healing time can be shortened of the focking plate combined with MIPO technique for the treatment of senile osteoporotic proximal humerus, the complication is low, the excellent and good rate is high, and it is worth to be popularized in clinical application.
