金融发展、财政支出与农业技术创新——基于面板数据的分析

摘　　要：选取我国1995—2014年部分面板数据,采用panel回归模型研究农村金融发展和农业财政支出对农业技术创新活动的影响。研究结果表明:我国农业技术创新水平进步明显,这种进步得益于农村金融发展与农业财政支出的有效支持;农村金融发展与农业财政支出对农业技术创新的协同作用效果并不显著;农业财政支出对农业技术创新的作用逐年增强,而农村金融发展的作用却是逐年削弱。By using panel regression model, taking part of the 1995—2014 panel data as research samples the impact of rural financial development and budgetary expenditure for agriculture on agricultural technology innovation activities was studied. The result shows that the progress of agricultural technology innovation is obvious,and this progress benefits from the progress of rural financial development and the effective support of the budgetary expenditure for agriculture. The synergy between rural financial development and budgetary expenditure for agriculture is not significant to agricultural technology innovation. The influence of budgetary expenditure for agriculture is increasing gradually, but the influence of rural financial development is reducing.
