摘  要:某1580 mm热轧工程水处理系统旋流沉淀池,设计采用外旋式工艺。主轧线轧钢用水通过冲渣沟流入旋流沉淀池内,在冲渣沟与旋流沉淀池接头位置预埋一根φ2420mm×30mm钢管伸入旋流沉淀池内,钢管与旋流沉淀池外筒壁相切。检修时旋流池与冲渣沟接头位置施工处理成为施工难点。介绍了施工方法及相应的控制过程。The whirl sedimentation tank in the water treatment system of a 1580 mmhot rolling project adopted external rotary process, with the water for the main rolling lineflowing into the sedimentation tank through slag sluice. A 渍2420mm伊30mm steel pipe waspre-buried at the connecting location between slag sluice and whirl sedimentation tank, ex原tending into the tank and intersecting with the outer wall of the tank. Treatment of the con原necting position between slag sluice and whirl sedimentation tank became a difficult point totackle. The treatment method and corresponding control process are introduced.
