摘  要:本文针对南海地区高温高压油藏特点,结合当前国内外抗高温高压钻井液技术,对甲酸盐水溶液进行了物理化学性能深入研究,得到密度1.0g/ml-2.3g/ml简易可控的3种甲酸盐。在此基础上,成功的配置出了密度1.9g/ml,抗150℃的甲酸铯钻井液体系,该体系在热滚48h后,在高温下再静置7天,钻井液性能稳定。其次在次基础上,选用国产处理剂,配伍性能良好,钻井液体系性能有所改善。In this paper, directing at the high temperature and high pressure reservoir characteristics of South China sea area and combinedwith the current anti-high temperature and high pressure drilling fluid technology at home and abroad, takes deep research on the physical andchemical properties of formate aqueous solution, and we get three types of simple and controllable formate with density of 1.0 g/ml - 2.3 g/ml. On thatbasis,we formulate successfully the cesium formate drilling fluid system with density of 1.9 g/ml, anti-high temperature of 150℃, and this system after48 hours’ hot rolling and 7 days’ staying under high temperatures,it shows a stable drilling fluid performance. Secondly on the basis of that, choosingthe domestic treatment agent,the compatibility of medicines property is good and the drilling fluid system property is improved.
