摘 要:在石油工业中,随着油田开发的深入进行,常规原油的可采储量逐渐减少,为了满足人类对能源的需求,人们不得不探讨稠油开采所面临的各种技术难题。在近几十年来,针对稠油开采的新技术不断被研究出并在油田现场得到应用。其中,油溶性降粘剂降粘技术作为一种新型的稠油开采和输送技术,具有不同于其它稠油降粘技术的独特性及其适用范围,具有广阔的开发前景。其研究在石油领域非常活跃。针对聚氨酯型化合物,以多乙烯多胺聚醚1与TDI的反应为例,通过正交试验法探讨了得到较高的聚氨酯产率的反应最佳条件。在此基础上,改变聚醚型或聚酯型多元醇合成了二元型或三元型以及磺化型聚氨酯化合物。考察了各个合成产物的稳定性。将稳定的聚氨酯产物用于稠油降粘实验。稠油降粘实验表明:在本实验的范围内,聚氨酯类化合物对稠油的降粘率最高可达82%。Presently in the oil industry,with the gradually reduction of reserve of conventional crude oil owing to depth field development;to fulfill the people’s demand of energy, the people have to investigate all kinds technical problems of mining heavy oil. In recent decades,thenew technologies of mining crude oil have been researched and applied constantly in site. The technology of oil-soluble viscosity reducer is a newtechnology for the mining heavy oil and transporting heavy oil, among the techniques of viscosity reduction, and has uniqueness unlike others. Thetechnology of oil-soluble viscosity reducer has broad development prospects. It’s research is very dashing in oil area.For the polyurethane compound, with the example of chemical reaction of polyethylene polyamine polyether 1 with TDI,we have gotten theoptimal conditions of chemical reaction by the orthogonal experiment for the higher yield of polyurethane. On this basis, we have synthesized binarycompound or ternary compound or sulfonated type polyurethane compounds by changing polyether type or polyester type polyol and have investigatedstability of each product. The stable products have been used to the experiment of reducing the viscosity. Experiments show: within the scope of thisexperiment, the ratio of viscosity reduction of polyurethane type compounds is up to 82% for the heavy oil.
