摘 要:传统平台在交通拥堵状态下对车辆进行调度时,需建立多个约束条件且必须全部实现,造成实现过程复杂、调度效率低下。设计一种新的智能调度平台,分析智能调度平台的总体结构,介绍平台调度模块、监控模块、GIS模块、车流量统计模块和数据采集模块的具体功能,以解决约束冲突弊端为目的,采用人工鱼法对车辆进行调度,为实现平台调度模块提供依据,并给出登录界面和调度过程的部分代码。仿真实验结果表明,所设计的智能调度平台不仅效率高,而且交通流流速也明显提高,验证了所设计平台的实用性和可靠性。The traditional vehicle scheduling platform needs to establish multiple constraints and must realize them allwhen the congestion state appears,which makes the dispatching process complex and inefficient. Therefore,a new intelligentdispatching platform was designed. In this paper,the overall structure of the intelligent dispatching platform is analysed,thefunctions of platform scheduling module,monitoring module,GIS module,traffic flow statistic module and data acquisition moduleare introduced to resolve the constraint conflict malpractices. The artificial fish method of vehicle scheduling is adopted to pro?vide the basis for the scheduling module. The part codes of login interface and scheduling process are given. The simulation ex?perimental results show that the intelligent dispatching platform has high efficiency and can improve the traffic flow velocityobviously. The practicability and reliability of the designed platform were verified by the results.
