摘 要:传感器尖峰信号会产生高次谐波,干扰传感器设备的正常运行,造成大量的能耗。当前方法主要通过提升信号整流器前端电感值,降低谐波对传感器的干扰,破坏系统的稳定性。提出基于自抗扰控制的传感器尖峰信号整流器设计方法,将尖峰信号整流器的直流母线电压的输出当成系统扰动,设计自抗扰控制器的定位和动态弥补功能,改进传统设计,增强传感器的抗扰动性能,给出软、硬件设计方法。测试结果表明,优化设计的整流器动态性能良好,网侧电流谐波明显减少,制约了尖峰信号滤波器形成的谐振干扰,达到预期效果。Sensor spike signal can produce high-order harmonic,interfere with the normal operation of sensor device,andcause plenty of energy consumption. With the current methods,the signal rectifier front-end inductance value is increased andthe harmonic interference with sensor is reduced,but the stability of the system is destroyed. A design method of sensor spikesignal rectifier based on active-disturbance-rejection control is proposed. DC bus voltage output of the spike signal rectifier is re?garded as the system disturbance to design the positioning and dynamic remedy function of the active-disturbance?rejection con?troller,improve the traditional design,and enhancing disturbance resistance performance of sensor. The hardware and softwaredesign methods are given in this paper. The test results show that the dynamic performance of the optimally-designed rectifier isgood,the current harmonic on net side is reduced significantly,and the harmonic interference caused by spike signal filter is re?stricted. The desired effect was achieved with the method.
