摘 要:水果产业在我国农业经济中占有重要地位,但是水果安全事件时有发生。为了分析质量追溯系统,以枸杞产品为例,构建质量追溯系统,分析枸杞产业链,以QR码和GSI-128码等技术为主要依据,实现农产品可追溯系统的可行性和稳定性,开发设计可追溯物流体系,通过枸杞特有栽培管理方式等信息赋予QR码,构建质量追溯系统。评估结果表明,该系统能够实现数据实时采集、传输和供应链信息完整追溯以及实现枸杞产品全物流的管理,大大提高了自动化程度,为政府部门控制产品质量提供参考。The fruit industry plays an important role in Chinese agricultural economy. However,the fruit security incidentshave occurred often. In order to analyze the quality traceability system,the Chinese wolfberry product is taken as an example tobuild the quality traceability system,and analyze the Chinese wolfberry industry chain. The technologies of QR code and GSI?128 code are taken as the main basis to realize the feasibility and stability of the agricultural products traceability system,anddevelop and design the traceability logistics system. The system is endowed with QR code by the information of cultivation andmanagement ways owned by Chinese wolfberry to construct the quality traceability system. The assessment results show that thesystem can realize the data real?time collection and transmission,integral traceability of supply chain information,and entire lo?gistics management of Chinese wolfberry product,improve the automation degree greatly,and provide a reference for govern?ment departments to control the product quality.
