益气舒筋汤治疗后循环缺血性眩晕临床观察

摘　　要：目的:益气舒筋汤对后循环缺血性眩晕的临床治疗效果。方法:2014年3月—2015年3月我院收治的后循环缺血性眩晕患者66例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者给予常规药物,观察组在对照组基础上给予服用益气舒筋汤治疗。比较两组临床治疗效果。结果:观察组及对照组的临床治疗总有效率分别为93.9%、63.6%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者经治疗后,hs-CRP水平均有所改善,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用益气舒筋汤对后循环缺血性眩晕进行治疗,效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Shujin Decoction in treating posterior circulation ischemia vertigo.Methods: 66 patients with posterior circulation ischemia vertigo, admitted to and treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015,were randomLy divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group received conventional drugs while theobservation group received Yiqi Shujin Decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The clinical effects of two groups werecompared. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 93.9% and 63.6% respectively, the differencewas statistically significant (P<0.05); after treatment, hs-CRP levels of patients in two groups were improved, the difference wasstatistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Yiqi Shujin Decoction had significant effect in treating posterior circulation ischemia vertigoand it was worthy of clinical application and promotion.
