穴位埋线治疗糖尿病胃肠神经功能紊乱临床观察

摘　　要：目的:通过对糖尿病胃肠神经功能紊乱患者进行穴位埋线治疗,观察穴位埋线对此类患者的疗效,便于临床推广;方法:对50例患者在积极控制血糖、适量运动等基础治疗的同时选取双侧足三里、中脘、双侧天枢、气海等给与埋线治疗,将治疗先后症状进行对比分析;结果:治疗后显效23例,有效24例,无效3例,总有效率为94.0%。结论:穴位埋线对改善糖尿病胃肠神经功能紊乱有明显疗效。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupoint catgut embedding therapy in treating diabetic gastrointestinaldysfunction and to provide reference for clinical promotion. Methods: 50 patients with diabetic gastrointestinal dysfunction were givenacupoint catgut embedding therapy in acupoints of bilateral Zusanli, Zhongwan, bilateral Tianshu, Qihai, etc. on the basis of active controlof blood glucose and moderate exercise, symptoms before and after the treatment were compared and analyzed. Results: After treatment, 23cases were markedly effective, 24 cases were effective, 3 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 94.0%. Conclusion:Acupoint catgut embedding therapy had significant therapeutic effect in treating diabetic gastrointestinal dysfunction.
