蜜煎导法结合中医腹部按摩治疗老年骨折便秘的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察使用蜜煎导法结合中医腹部按摩治疗对改善老年骨折卧床便秘患者的临床效果。方法:选择2014年5月-2015年5月我院住院治疗的48例老年骨折卧床、便秘患者,随机分为两组,每组24例。对照组采取常规治疗,在需要时以灌肠或泻药通便。实验组在常规治疗的基础上,采用蜜煎导法和中医腹部按摩治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后的排便次数、排便难易程度及腹胀、纳减等症状的改善情况。结果:实验组排便恢复情况及疗效,明显优于对照组(P<0.05),实验组腹痛腹胀、排气、纳食的改善情况,明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:蜜煎导法结合中医腹部按摩可明显改善老年骨折卧床患者的便秘症状,改善纳食情况,可作为老年骨科慢性便秘患者的常规护理手段。Objective: To study the clinical effect of promoting defecation with honey suppository combined with TCM abdominalmassage in treating constipation after senile fracture. Method: 48 senile constipation patients after fracture, who were admitted and treatedin our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015, were selected and randomLy divided into the experiment group and the control group,with 24 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment and was given laxative or enema to defecate (when patientsneeded) while the experiment group received promoting defecation with honey suppository combined with TCM abdominal massage on thebasis of the conventional treatment. Defecation frequency, difficulties in defecation, abdominal distension, reduction of symptoms ofpatients in two groups both before and after the treatment were observed. Results: The improvement of the defecation and curative effect ofthe experiment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The improvement of the abdominal pain, abdominaldistension, wind-breaking and appetite of the experiment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Promoting defecation with honey suppository combined with TCM abdominal massage could significantly relieve thesymptoms of constipation patients after senile fracture and improve their appetite; therefore, it could be used as conventional nursing intreating chronic constipation patients after senile fracture.
