化瘀凉血方治疗子宫腺肌病32例临床研究

摘　　要：目的:分析"化瘀凉血方"治疗子宫腺肌病的临床疗效,提高子宫腺肌病的临床治疗效果。方法:本次实验研究选择采取"化瘀凉血方"治疗子宫腺肌病的32例患者作为实验组,另外选择同期选择妈富隆治疗的32例患者作为参照组,两组用药治疗时间为3个月。对比两组子宫腺肌病患者的痛经、月经不调、子宫大小等情况。结果:经过不同临床用药方案,实验组患者月经不调、痛经、中医证候等指标改善情况均优于参照组,P<0.05。同时,对比两组患者的子宫体积、CA125数值变化情况,实验组更具优势,P<0.05。结论:"化瘀凉血方"治疗子宫腺肌病效果显著,对于各项指标改善结果良好,建议临床治疗采纳。Objective: To analyze the clinical efficacy of Huayu Liangxue Decoction on adenomyosis in order to improve theclinical curative effect. Methods: 32 cases with adenomyosis were divided into the experimental group treated using Huayu LiangxueDecoction were compared with 32 cases of patients in a reference group treated with Marvelon, the treatment time was 3 months for bothgroups. The two groups of patients were compared with respect to with uterine gland disease dysmenorrhea, irregular menstruation, uterinesize and so on, after the treatment. Results: In the experimental group of patients with irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea, TCMsyndromes and other indicators were better than those in the reference group, P<0.05. At the same time, uterine volume comparisonbetween the two groups of patients showed that CA125 value change in the experimental group has more advantages, P<0.05. Conclusion:The treatment effect of Huayu Liangxue Decoction in the treatment of uterine adenomyosis is significant, indicators improvement has verygood results, so it is recommended to adopt for clinical treatment.
