摘　　要：古今医家在治疗性功能障碍时大多从肝肾入手,往往忽略脾胃一层。余以为性事当以胃气为本,故从脾胃入手治疗该病,果有效验。Ancient and modern physicians treat sexual dysfunction mostly from liver and kidney, often overlook spleen and stomach.The author considered that treating sexual dysfunction should be driven by the Qi of stomach; so treating the disease from spleen and stomach, gained obvious clinical effects.
