复荣通脉胶囊治疗糖尿病性周围血管病变的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复荣通脉胶囊治疗糖尿病周围血管病变的临床疗效。方法:将入选的糖尿病周围血管病变患者62例随机分为治疗组31例和对照组31例,两组均予常规治疗。治疗组给予复荣通脉胶囊联合阿司匹林口服治疗,对照组单用阿司匹林口服治疗,观察两组临床症状、皮温、ABI的变化。结果:治疗组在改善临床症状、皮温、ABI等方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),且未见明显不良反应。结论:复荣通脉胶囊联合阿司匹林治疗糖尿病周围血管病变的疗效优于单用阿司匹林治疗。Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of the Furong Tongmai capsule on diabetic peripheral vascular disease. Methods: 62 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, 31 cases in each group. Two groups were given conventional treatment. The treatment group was given the Furong Tongmai capsule plus aspirin; the control group received aspirin oral. Results: Improvement of clinical symptoms, skin temperature and ABI were better in the treatment group (P<0.05, P<0.01), without obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion: The Furong Tongmai capsule plus aspirin was more effective on diabetic peripheral vascular disease.
