清肠止泻煎剂结肠滴注治疗小儿湿热泄泻临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察清肠止泻煎剂结肠滴注治疗小儿湿热泄泻的临床疗效。方法:将100例患儿随机分为治疗组50例,对照组50例。治疗组用清肠止泻煎剂结肠滴注,对照组口服枫蓼肠胃康胶囊。结果:治疗组有效率为92%,对照组有效率为76%,P<0.01。结论:清肠止泻煎剂结肠滴注治疗小儿湿热泄泻疗效显著。Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of the Qingchang Zhixie decoction on infantile diarrhea of the Shi’re type.Methods: 100 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 50 cases for each. The treatment group was given the Qingchang Zhixie decoction; and the control group was given the Fengliao Changweikang capsule. Results: The total efficiency in the treatment group was 92%, and in the control group was 76%, P<0.01. Conclusion: The Qingchang Zhixie decoction on infantile diarrhea of the Shi’re type shows a good effect.
