摘　　要：痉挛性斜颈是临床上最常见的局灶型肌张力障碍,起病缓慢,病情多变,有的可自发痊愈,有的则持续终身,最终出现运动限制性障碍和姿势畸形。目前西医的诊疗手段虽有一定疗效,但不能根治,王松龄教授从本虚标实、虚实夹杂出发,立足于肝肾亏损、外感淫邪,用中医药辨治,结合验案,疗效确切。Spasm torticollis is one of the most common clinical focal dystonia, with slow onset and change. Some patients can be spontaneously cured, while some should be cured all life and appeared the movement disorder and postural deformity. At present, western treatment have gain some efficacy, means, while can’t be cured. From the perspective of Benxu Biaoshi and Xushi Jiaza, Professor Wang Songling treating disease in TCM, and gain good effects.
