摘 要:为适应船舶大型化发展的需要,国内各港口企业正加快码头靠泊能力的调整,提高码头的可停靠船舶的等级。文中以辽宁某港散杂货码头为论证对象,依据靠泊能力论证管理规定,从码头平面尺度、装卸工艺设备、结构和辅助设施安全三方面论证码头的靠泊能力。论证结果不仅及时掌握了论证码头的使用状况,也为类似码头的靠泊能力管理提供参考,对于保证码头安全使用具有重要意义。In order to berth large vessels, domestic port enterprises are quickening the adjustment of berthing capacity of existing wharfs to increase the capacity of the wharfs for large vessels. This paper takes a bulk cargo wharf in Liaoning Province as the objective, and studies and verifies the berthing capacity of the wharf from the plan dimensions, handing technology, and the safety of the structure and auxiliary facilities of the wharf according to the regulations for berthing capacity verification of existing wharfs formulated by the Ministry of Transport of China. The results of the study and verification have found out the usage condition of the bulk cargo wharf, and provided a reference for the management of the berthing capacity of similar wharfs,which is very important to ensure the safety of wharfs.
