摘　　要：随着全球资源的整合,我国政府境外投资的增加,国家践行"走出去"和"一带一路"战略,加之第三世界国家经济的启动发展,境外港口工程项目开发模式出现了诸多变化,文章结合近年境外港口项目案例,总结了新形势下境外港口项目开发模式的特点和分类,对其工作流程进行了分析整理。With the integration of global economy and the increase of overseas investment by Chinese government, the practice and development of national "going out" and "the One Belt and One Road" strategies, and the rising development of economy in the Third World, the development modes of overseas port projects change greatly. Based on the analysis of overseas port projects in recent years, this paper summarizes the characteristics and classifications of overseas port projects under the new situation and also analyzes the workflow of these port project modes.
