摘 要:目的:探讨使用超纯透析液对维持性血液透析患者透析充分性的影响。方法:40例维持性血液析患者,尿量<100ml/日,透析3次/周,4h/次,用透析用水及透析液透析1~8年。改用超纯透析液行血液透析6~7月, 连续2月,记录透析前后尿素、脱水量、透析后体重、透析时间;计算尿素清除指数(Kt/V),对比两组数据。结果:40例改用超纯透析液前患者,平均kt/v值为(1.34±0.15),改用超纯透析液后,平均kt/v值为(1.46±0.13),透析前后比较有显著性差异。结论:使用超纯透析液能显著改善维持性血液透析患者透析充分性,提高患者生存质量。Objective: To investigate the effect of ultra pure dialysis solution on dialysis adequacy in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods: 40 cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients, urine volume <100ml/, dialysis 3 times/week, 4h/times, with dialysis water anddialysis fluid for 1 to 8 years. Using ultra pure dialysis fluid for hemodialysis 6~7 month, before and after dialysis, dialysis urea, dehydration,weight, dialysis time, the calculation of urea clearance index (Kt/V), compared with two sets of data. Results: 40 cases of patients with superpure dialysis fluid before, the average kt/v value was (1.34 ±0.15), after the use of ultra pure dialysis solution, the average kt/v value was(1.46±0.13), compared with before and after dialysis, there were significant differences. Conclusion: The use of ultra pure dialysis fluid cansignificantly improve the dialysis adequacy in maintenance hemodialysis patients, and improve the quality of life of patients.
